Estimate Fence is a free online tool that estimates fence installation costs and connects homeowners with local fence contractors. We are a lead-generation service. We do not sell materials or perform fence installation.

All cost figures provided by the Service are ballpark estimates for informational purposes only. They are based on average pricing and the details you provide, and they are not offers, bids, or binding quotes. Actual pricing is determined by a contractor after a site assessment and may differ significantly.

When you submit your information, you agree to be contacted by Estimate Fence and by local fence contractors about your project by phone, text message, and email at the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in a message, replying STOP to texts, or using our Do Not Sell or Share page.

Contractors you are connected with are independent third parties. We do not employ, endorse, guarantee, or supervise any contractor, and we are not responsible for their conduct, communications, pricing, workmanship, or any agreement you enter into with them. You are responsible for vetting any contractor before hiring.

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Only submit information for genuine fencing projects and only your own contact details, or details you are authorized to share.
• Use the Service lawfully and not to harass, spam, or harm others or to interfere with the Service.

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Estimate Fence and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial purpose of obtaining a fence estimate. Map data and imagery are provided by third parties and subject to their terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of estimates, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estimate Fence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from your interactions with any contractor.

You agree to indemnify and hold Estimate Fence harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
